Simply add seasonal fruits to a bowl and combine them with simple ingredients for a healthy, delicious meal that will energize you immediately!

5 Minute Fruit Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

  • Strawberries as desired
  • Blueberries as desired
  • 1 Peach
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup of Full Fat Yogurt
  • 1 Teaspoon of Chia Seeds
  • 3 Tablespoons Raw Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
5 Minute Fruit Bowl

DIRECTIONS:

1.) Dice all of the fruit, including strawberries, blueberries, peaches, and bananas. Feel free to customize the fruits to whichever ingredients you have available. Set aside.

2.) Add 4 Tablespoons of Full Fat Yogurt into a bowl. Add 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract and 2 Tablespoons of Raw Honey into the bowl. Mix until combined.

3.) Arrange the fruits over the yogurt bowl. Drizzle the bowl with 1 Tablespoon of Honey.

4.) Garnish the bowl with chia seeds. Serve and Enjoy!
