FRESH SHIRAZI SALAD

This fresh and easy salad is so simple, it can be made under 10 minutes! This dish is the perfect component to refresh your meal or eat as a dip with pita chips. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

  • Cucumbers
  • Roma Tomatoes, Rainbow Tomatoes, or Cherry Tomatoes
  • Red Onion
  • Parsley
  • Mint
  • Sweet Peppers

DRESSING:

  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt to Taste
  • 1 Whole Lemon
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vinegar (I used Pomegranate Vinegar)
  • 1 Tablespoon of Zaatar

DIRECTIONS:

1.) Finely dice the cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, sweet peppers, mint, and parsley and add to a bowl.

2.) Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and vinegar until it becomes emulsified. Add salt to taste.

3.) Add the dressing to the salad bowl. Toss the salad with the dressing until all of the vegetables are well coated with dressing.

4.) Serve immediately and enjoy!
