This chimichurri sauce is the ultimate sauce condiment to add to your Sunday barbeque. It’s herby, zesty, spicy, and the perfect addition to your grilled meats, seafood, tacos, or plain old tortilla chips. Check out how you can make this 5 minute recipe!

  • 1 Bunch of Flat Leaf Parsley
  • 1/2 Bunch of Cilantro
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1 Tablespoon Juice of Grapefruit or Orange
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Red Chili Pepper, Deseeded
  • 3-4 Garlic Cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano Seasoning
  • 1/3 Cup High Quality Olive Oil

1.) Add all the ingredients into a chopper. If you don’t have a chopper, you can finely dice the herbs, garlic and chili into a bowl.

2.) Mix until well-incorporated. The sauce should be a chunky texture, not completely blended.

3.) Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking.

4.) Serve the sauce over your grilled meats, seafood, tacos or tortilla chips. Enjoy!
