INGREDIENTS:
- Matcha Powder (I used Chamberlain Vanilla Matcha)
- Your Choice of Dairy
- Ice
- Strawberry
- Honey
DIRECTIONS:
1.) Wash and finely dice your strawberries until it reaches a chunky texture. Add some honey into a cup and blend until it reaches your desired texture. It can be as smooth or as chunky as you like.
2.) Add some ice into your glass.
3.) Add a tablespoon of the strawberry puree.
4.) Add your choice of dairy. I like using Whole Milk or Oat Milk
5.) Add a teaspoon of matcha into a cup with a tablespoon of water. Blend until combined using a frothier.
6.) Pour the matcha on top, stir and enjoy!
