  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Strawberry Jello Sugar
  • 3 Drops of Red Food Coloring

DIRECTIONS:

1.) Preheat the oven to 200 Degrees F. Wipe 1/4 teaspoon of white vinegar around the mixing bowl. In the mixing bowl, whisk six egg whites on medium-low speed until the batter reaches a foam-like texture. Add a pinch of salt to the batter.

2.) While whisking, slowly add in one cup of sugar, one tablespoon at a time to the batter until mixture is incorporated.

3.) Add 1/2 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract. Then, add in 1 1/2 teaspoon of Strawberry Jell-O Sugar and whisk in the batter. The batter will reach a light pink color. Whisk until the batter becomes glossy and smooth.

4.) Attach a piping tip of your choice to the piping bag. Then, add 3 drops of red food coloring in the piping bag. Be sure that the food coloring is spread within the piping bag to create a marbled effect. Add the batter into the piping bag.
