DIRECTIONS:

.) For the homemade mayonnaise, add the egg, mustard, white vinegar, black pepper, and salt into the blender. While the machine is blending, slowly pour in 1/2 cup of vegetable oil. Blend until the mayonnaise reaches firmness. Refrigerate before use.

.) Fry up the turkey bacon strips until it reaches the desired texture you like. Pat dry and set aside.

.) Spread the butter on the ciabatta bread on the flat side and toast until brown. Once ready, set aside.

.) Wash and dry the romaine lettuce and set it aside. You can break the lettuce up into pieces if you prefer. Slice your tomatoes into thick slices that are about 3/6 inches thick. Add a light sprinkle of sea salt and black pepper onto the tomatoes to absorb the water.

.) Cut your avocado in half and slice it into strips. Set aside.

.) To assemble the sandwich, spread about 1/2 tablespoons of mayonnaise on the toasted bread. Add your leaves of lettuce. Then, add your seasoned tomato slices. Then, add your avocado slices. After that, add a generous helping of the turkey bacon strips. Spread the top part of the sandwich with mayonnaise and gently press down. Eat immediately and enjoy!
