EPIC AVOCADO TOAST

INGREDIENTS:
- Sourdough bread
- Butter
- Avocado
- Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Egg
- Turkey Strips or Beef Strips
- Chive and Onion Cream Cheese or Regular Cream Cheese
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Chili Flakes
DIRECTIONS:
1.) Butter your sourdough bread on both sides. Toast the bread until it reaches the texture you desire.
2.) Use one tablespoon of cream cheese (I prefer chive and onion cream cheese) and spread evenly on the toast.
3.) Add your sliced avocados to the toast. Lightly season the avocados with sea salt and black pepper.
4.) Drizzle in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add the cherry tomatoes to the pan. Sauté until the tomatoes soften, but retain their shape. Once ready, season with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes. Place the tomatoes on top of the avocado toast.
5.) In a hot pan, fry up your turkey or beef strips until it reaches a nice crispy texture. You can tear the meat strips up and sprinkle them across the toast. or leave the strips whole as a side for your breakfast plate.
6.) Lastly fry up your egg! I preferred my egg to be sunny side up, but you can use whichever method of egg you prefer. Season the egg with salt and black pepper. Place the egg on top of your toast.
