INGREDIENTS:
STRAWBERRY PUREE
- 4 Teaspoons of Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Corn Starch
- 6 Ripe Strawberries

- 5 Tablespoons Yogurt
- 6 Tablespoons Puree
- 4 Tablespoons Granola
- 3 Tablespoons Of Mixed Fruits
MANGO PUREE
- 4 Teaspoons Sugar
- 2 Ripe Mangoes
MANGO PARFAIT LAYERS
- 5 Tablespoons Yogurt
- 6 Tablespoons Mango Puree
- 4 Tablespoons Granola
- 3 Tablespoons Of Mixed Fruits
BLUEBERRY PUREE
- 4 Teaspoons Sugar
- 1/2 Cups of Ripe Blueberries
- 1/2 Teaspoons Corn Starch
BLUEBERRY PARFAIT LAYERS
- 5 Tablespoons of Yogurt
- 6 Tablespoons of Blueberry Puree
- 4 Tablespoons of Granola
- 3 Tablespoons of Mixed Fruits
DIRECTIONS:
1.) To make the puree, add four teaspoons of sugar and a fruit of your choice, such as blueberries, strawberries, or mangoes. Because berries contain more water content, we recommend adding cornstarch to the strawberry and blueberry puree for a thicker consistency. Remember to taste and adjust the sweetness of the puree to your preference by using sugar or raw honey.
2.) Begin layering the puree in the glass by adding five tablespoons of yogurt.
3.) To the second layer, add six tablespoons of the fruit puree of your choice.
4.) Then, add four tablespoons of granola for crunch and texture to the parfait.
5.) Top the parfait with a mixture of fruits of your choice. We used blueberry, strawberry, blackberry, and mangoes.
6.) Drizzle the parfait with raw honey for added sweetness. Serve immediately and enjoy!
