These cheesy spinach puff pastries are so easy to make and so yummy! Serve them up for appetizers at your party or for a quick snack for the family in just 30 minutes!
Cheesy Spinach Puffs

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 ounce cream cheese
  • 2 cups fresh finely chopped spinach
  • 3 cloves crushed garlic
  • 2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Finely diced basil to taste
  • Melted Butter or Cooking Oil Spray
  • 1 Eggs
  • Eggwash
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

1.) Add melted butter to desired muffin tin pan. You can also use cooking oil spray as an alternative.

2.) In a bowl, add in the cream cheese. Microwave the cream cheese in 10 second intervals to soften the cheese. Once melted, mix the cheese to prevent lumps. Once the cream cheese has slightly cooled, add in the one egg, finely chopped spinach and basil, crushed garlic, and feta cheese. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix together until combined.

3.) Using 9 puff pastry sheets, lightly press the center of the pastries into the muffin tin pan.

4.) Add in the spinach mixture into the muffin cups. Bring the 4 corners of the pastry cups and press them together. Lightly brush the cups with egg wash or melted butter.

5.) Bake at 400 Degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Allow the pastries to cool for 5-10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
