Easy Mango Kulfi

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Large Ripe Mangoes
  • 1 Can of Condensed Milk
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Rose Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Cardamom Syrup
  • 1/2 Cup Coarsely Crushed Pistachios
  • 1/2 Cup Coarsely Crushed Almonds

DIRECTIONS:

1.) Using a blender or an immersion blender, mix all the liquid ingredients, including the mangoes, until smooth. Be sure not to blend the nuts into the mixture for this step.

2.) Once the mango puree is blended, add the coarsely crushed nuts and mix until combined. Be sure to adjust the mango kulfi to your tasting.

3.) Add the mango puree into the mold of your choice. I poured my mixture into a popsicle mold and a metal tray.

4.) Freeze the mango kulfi at least overnight, serve and enjoy!
