Chocolate Holiday Bark
INGREDEINTS:
- Dark Chocolate Candy Melts
- Shredded Coconut
- Pistachios
- Cranberries
- Raisins
- Sunflower Seeds
- Cashews
- Salted Peanuts
- Papaya
- Seasalt
DIRECTIONS:
1.) Add one sheet of parchment paper to line a cooking baking sheet. Set Aside.
2.) Add All meltable chocolate pieces to a large bowl. Be sure to chop up the chocolate, so it’s easier to melt and allow the heat to transfer throughout the bowl. Microwave the chocolate in 30-second intervals and mix until fully melted.
2.) Mix the chocolate until it becomes a smooth and consistent texture.
3.) Pour the chocolate on the parchment-lined baking sheet, spreading the chocolate evenly. Be sure that chocolate remains about 1/4 of an inch thick on the parchment paper.
5.) Sprinkle the added toppings over the chocolate. Garnish with sea salt.
6.) Freeze the holiday bark for about 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooled.
7.) Slice the chocolate into angular shapes and serve! You may also store and refrigerate the chocolate in an air-tight container.
