ITALIAN BAGUETTE SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS:
- fresh baguette
- mayonnaise
- stone ground mustard
- arugula
- heirloom tomato
- cucumber
- sweet peppers
- black olives
- red onions
- Colby jack cheese
- beef salami
- beef bologna
DIRECTIONS:
1.) Slice the baguette bread in half. Remove some of the insides of the bread from the inside so there’s room for toppings.
2. Add mayonnaise and stone ground mustard on both sides of the bread.
3.) Add the beef salami and beef bologna to the bread. You can change the deli meats to any type of protein you prefer.
4.) Add Colby jack cheese to the baguette.
5.) Layer the baguette with arugula, heirloom tomatoes, olives, cucumbers, jalapenos, olives, red onions, sweet peppers to the sandwich.
6.) Close the sandwich and slice the sandwich in fours.
7. Serve and enjoy!
