PUMPKIN SPICED CHIA PUDDING

Pumpkin Spiced Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS:

PUDDING:

  • 6 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds
  • 1 1/2 Cup of Oat Milk, Can Be Substituted for Other Dairy Milks
  • 1 Tablespoon Raw Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
  • 1 Tablespoon Raw Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Spice Seasoning

TOPPINGS:

  • Granola
  • Whipped Cream
  • Cinnamon
  • Wafers
Pumpkin Spiced Chia Pudding

DIRECTIONS:

1.) Add chia seeds, milk, honey, vanilla paste, pumpkin pure into a bowl. Mix until well incorporated. Cover and place into the fridge to set overnight.

2.) Once the pudding has set, transfer the pudding into desired serving glasses.

3.) Top the pudding with your desired fall toppings! I used granola, whipped cream, cinnamon, and wafers. You can also add fruits, like banana or apples to this pudding.

4.) Serve and enjoy!
