ROASTED VEGGIE FOCCACIA BREAD ART

DOUGH INGREDIENTS:
- 4 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 Cups Water
- 3 Teaspoon Instant Yeast
- Half Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Basil, (Dried)
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- 2 Tablespoons Thyme
- 1 Tablespoon Sunflower Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
TOPPINGS:
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Red Pepper
- Yellow Pepper
- Red Onion
- Scallions
- Black Olives
- Asparagus
DIRECTIONS:
1.) Add all dry ingredients to a bowl. Add Olive Oil to dry mixture. Slowly add in water and knead until incorporated. Wrap dough with cling film or wet cheesecloth and let rise until it has doubled in size, preferably overnight.
2.) Unwrap cling fil or cheesecloth and begin kneading the dough until smooth.
3.) Drizzle olive oil on a sheet pan and use your hands to spread the oil. Remember to add olive oil to your hands to prevent the dough from sticking.
4.) Stretch the dough until it covers the entire sheet pan. Use your fingers to press on the bread to create dimples lightly. Drizzle olive oil over the dough to crisp up the edges and provide a nice crevice of flavor. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
5.) Now it is time to decorate your bread! Asparagus, sweet peppers, olives red onions and scallions brightens and adds various flavors on the bread. You can also add cherry tomatoes, jalapenos, zucchini, cilantro and other veggies! Tip: Brushing the vegetables with olive oil can prevent burning.
6.) Once you are satisfied with your bread art, place your sheet pan in the oven to bake at 450 Degrees for 20 minutes or until nicely golden brown.
7.) Serve and Enjoy!
