SMOKED SALMON TOAST

Smoked Salmon Toast

INGREDIENTS:

  • Smoked Salmon
  • Sourdough Bread
  • Olive Oil
  • Avocado
  • Chives
  • Pickled Red Onion
  • Whipped Cream Cheese or Whipped Chive Cream Cheese
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Seasalt
  • Black Pepper
  • Chili Flakes
  • Zaatar
  • Sumac
  • Lemon Juice
Smoked Salmon Toast

DIRECTIONS:

1.) Grab a large slice of sourdough bread. Heat the pan and toast both sides of bread to your desired preference.

2.) Spread a nice helping of whipped chive or regular cream cheese on the toast.

3.) Slice the avocado in thin slices and add to the bread. Season the avocado on the bread with a drizzle of olive oil, lemon juice, seasalt, black pepper, and chili flakes, zaatar and sumac.

4.) Add a layer of smoked salmon on the toast.

5.) Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil to a pan, heated on medium. Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan, shaking the pan to ensure all the tomatoes are coated in oil.

6.) Season the tomatoes with chili flakes, salt and black pepper to your taste. Once the tomatoes are cooked through and blistered, remove and add to your toast.

7.) Garnish with chives and pickled red onions. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
