SWEET AND SAVORY MEATBALLS
These sweet and savory meatballs are perfect for family dinners and other party events. This dish is so delicious and perfect to serve for a large crowd as an appetizer or a meal.

INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE MEATBALLS
- 2 pounds of Ground Beef
- 1 Tablespoon Worchester Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon White Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Crushed Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger Powder
- 2 tablespoons Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
- Season generously with salt and black pepper
FOR THE SAUCE
- 3 tablespoons of Red Raspberry Spread
- 3 tablespoons Heinz Chili Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Asian Zing Sauce
- 1 tablespoons of Mango Habanero Sauce (added heat)
- Green Onions For Garnish
- Sesame Seeds For Garnish
DIRECTIONS:
- To make the meatballs, combine the ground beef, Worchester sauce, yellow mustard, soy sauce, white vinegar, crushed garlic, ginger powder, garlic powder, parsley, garlic powder, and breadcrumbs. Remember to season generously with salt and black pepper. Mix well.
2. Form the ground beef into meatballs using an ice cream scooper for consistent shaping. It should use up to two tablespoons of the meat mixture. Roll the meatballs with your hands. You can use olive oil to give the meatballs a smooth finish. Freeze the meatballs overnight to allow the meatballs to maintain it’s shape in the pot. To cook the meatballs, allow the meatballs to thaw for 20 minutes until it can be removed from the pan.
3. To make the sauce, whisk together the raspberry spread, Heinz Chili Sauce, Asian Zing Sauce to combine. For added heat, I like to add a tablespoon of Mango Habanero sauce.
4. Add meatballs to the pot and cover and cook on low for about 1 hour.
5. Serve meatballs with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and cooked rice.
