  • 3/4 Cup Quick Oatmeal
  • 1/2 Chocolate Chunks
  • Coconut Oil Cooking Spray

DIRECTIONS:

1.) Preheat the oven to 350 F and spray the baking tray with coconut oil.

2.) Slice the bananas lengthwise in half, with the skin still on. Bake the bananas for 20 minutes.

3.) In one bowl, mash the bananas and add 3/4 cup of instant oatmeal and 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chunks.
