TOPPINGS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place a small pot on medium-low heat. Add in about 4 1/2 tablespoons of salted butter and allow it to melt. Note: Do not allow the butter to become golden. Once the butter melts, add 1 cup of marshmallows into the pot.
  2. Slowly add in 1 cup of marshmallows at a time until all 4 cups of marshmallows melt. You may also use 8 ounces of marshmallow fluff and stir until fully melted. You will know when the marshmallow is ready when the spatula is not sticking to the marshmallow, and the consistency is smooth, without lumps.
  3. Add 1 1/4 teaspoons of vanilla extract to the mixture and stir until the mixture begins to bubble. Then, remove the pot from the heat and slowly add in the Rice Krispy treats.
  4. Stir continuously until the batter is well combined.
  5. Line a baking tray with parchment paper to prevent the batter from sticking. Use room temperature butter to spread on the parchment paper
  6. Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly. Note: Wet your fingertips to spread the batter evenly and prevent the batter from sticking.

7. Allow the Rice Krispy treats to set in room temperature for at least 4 hours.

  1. It’s time to make the glaze! Place the candy melts and coconut oil in a bowl and microwave for 2-3 30 second intervals to reach liquid consistency. Note: If the glaze is too thin, add about four extra candy melts, and if too thick, add 1/4 tablespoons of coconut oil.
  2. Drizzle the glaze diagonally across the Rice Krispy treats.
Drizzle the glaze diagonally.

10. Decorate with pearls or other decorations of your choice! Allow the glaze to set for one hour and serve!
